ABOUT US

The concept of Outta Time Productions is the product of us working together for over 20 years in various technology and production capacities. Over that time, we have had hundreds, maybe thousands of conversations about how we think a business should work. Sometimes 5 minutes long, sometimes lasting for hours, these conversations over time created a business ideology that we agreed on and that we felt would be successful.

Of course, we have talked at length about the technology involved and how it is changing. How new products could change our implementations and systems and how we could make that of value to us and our customers. But we found that a great deal of what we discussed was more related to our relationships with said customers, and how we can ensure those relationships are long and mutually beneficial.

Before we work with someone they may simply be a prospective customer. Once someone has chosen us as their production team, we should consider them business partners. You will notice that we use the words “concierge-level” a lot on our website, and that is because we feel that describes the level of service we want to give someone who has committed their time, trust, and budget to us.

So, what does “concierge-level” mean? In short, we feel it means that not only are we concerned about making sure the system and production are working at 100% capacity, but that YOU are as well. We can do this through top tier communication, and by taking as much off your plate as we can. Through diligence and preparation, we always feel 100% comfortable by the time the lights come on, and our goal is to make sure that our partner feels as comfortable as we do.

We are lucky enough to love what we do and we feel this shines through in our work as we bring a positive, and hopefully infectious attitude to the job each day. One of our biggest goals is to never say the word “NO”. If you have an idea, we love the challenge. We believe in always staying agile. Last second changes and requests are not surprises; they are expected. This is our business and livelihood, so we are never “off the clock”. We know that during the show, you will be up past your bedtime answering emails and making last minute changes. When those changes require our support or insight, we will be there to answer.

At the end of the day, anyone can set up screens and projectors. Anyone can hand you a microphone or a clicker. Anyone can accept your payment. We don’t believe that’s all the event production business is about. We believe the production business is about putting on the best show possible, and we don’t believe that can be achieved without us showing the same dedication to your business as you do.
