Do you supply the teleprompter operator, or do we need our own?
We provide an experienced teleprompter operator as part of the service. The operator follows the presenter’s natural pace, manages script changes, and responds to cues throughout the presentation. You do not need to source, train, or manage a separate operator.
Can you work with our venue or existing production team?
Yes. We can coordinate with your venue, event producer, show caller, camera operators, and existing audiovisual team. Before the event, we confirm stage placement, camera sightlines, signal requirements, rehearsal timing, and any venue-specific restrictions.
How much setup time is needed for teleprompting?
Setup time depends on the room, stage configuration, camera positions, and number of prompting locations. We coordinate the required arrival and setup window in advance so the system can be positioned, aligned, tested, and ready before presenter rehearsal begins.
What do you need from us before the event?
We typically need the current script, presenter information, event schedule, room or stage layout, and any available camera or production details. Scripts can continue to change as the event approaches, but receiving an early version allows us to prepare the formatting and identify any special setup requirements.
Can you handle last-minute script changes on the day of the event?
Yes. Scripts often change right up until showtime. Our operator can incorporate edits, cuts, reordered sections, and replacement scripts without disrupting the presenter’s pacing or the flow of the program.
What happens if the presenter skips a line or goes off script?
That is completely normal. Our operator follows the presenter rather than forcing the presenter to follow the screen. If someone skips a section, repeats a line, pauses, or speaks off script, the operator adjusts and finds the correct position without interrupting the presentation.
Can teleprompting help presenters who are not experienced speakers?
Absolutely. Many of the executives, board members, and subject-matter experts we support are not professional speakers. We format scripts for readability and pacing, and our operator adjusts in real time to help each presenter deliver the message naturally and confidently.
Does teleprompting work for hybrid or livestreamed events?
Yes. We coordinate prompter placement with the stage layout, camera positions, and broadcast framing. This helps presenters maintain natural eye contact with both the in-room audience and remote viewers without appearing to read off-angle.
Do you provide teleprompting as a standalone service?
Yes. Teleprompting can be included as part of a complete live event or video production, or booked as a standalone service. We support conferences, executive presentations, award programs, rehearsals, livestreams, interviews, and corporate video shoots that require professional prompting support.
